Angela Golladay, E-RYT200, YACEP

Angela is dedicated to guiding students of all backgrounds and abilities through breath and movement practices that build balance, strength, and flexibility. Her warm and supportive teaching style helps students connect deeply with their inner resilience, confidence, and joy. When she's not teaching, you can find Angela in a kayak, at a concert, creating art, or expanding her ever-growing plant army.

Policies


Class Etiquette

+

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class starts to allow time to get set up for class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join class.If you need to leave early for any reason, please do so as quietly as possible. We ask that you do your best not to leave during savasana so you won't disturb your fellow classmates.

Cell Phones

+

No cell phones are permitted during class or private sessions. Give yourself the gift of unplugging for 60 minutes. You deserve it and your classmates appreciate it!If you are using your phone to join in virtually, please put your phone on DND (do not disturb) for the duration of class. Text and call notifications will affect your livestream and cause distraction.

Running Late

+

We get it, life happens. Please let us know if you are running late. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to when your class starts to allow time to get set up for class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, you will not be permitted to join class.

Cancellation/No-show Policy

+

You will be able to cancel or reschedule bookings with no penalty up to 24 hours before the start of your scheduled booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of service.

Refund Policy

+

All drop-in, workshop, private session, membership, and class pack sales are final and non-refundable. If you cancel a class, you will be able to reschedule for a future class. No-shows will forfeit their class, workshop, or session and be charged the full amount of service.

Frequently Asked Questions


Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?

Yes, space is limited so we do require that you pre-register by booking online. You can sign up directly through our website or download the free Acuity Scheduling app using the link below. By creating an account, you will gain access to rewards and other exclusive perks.

What if I’m not flexible?

+

That’s 100% ok! There are only two requirements to practice yoga…
You have to be breathing and show up. That’s it.

What do I bring to class?

+

We recommend a yoga mat and some water. Don’t have a mat? No problem! We have some you can borrow. Your first loaner is on us, after that mat rentals are just $2 per class. Need a mat? You can visit our online store to find quality mats and props that have earned our seal of approval!

What should I wear?

+

Comfortable clothes. Relatively form-fitting clothing tends to work better for yoga because it allows unrestricted movement through all ranges of motion and won’t bunch up around your ears in down dog.

I’m new to yoga. What class should I take?

Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly. Each style of class will offer a different experience and benefits. Please look over our class descriptions to choose the best option for you.We typically recommend Adaptive, Restorative, or Slow Flow to most beginners.

Does yoga conflict with my religion?

No. Yoga isn’t a religion. You are not required to hold any set of beliefs to practice yoga or experience its benefits. People of all faiths practice yoga.

Are there age requirements?

+

There are no age requirements to practice yoga. For the safety of our students and staff, we do ask that you be at least 18 years of age to participate in our classes and workshops unless it is specifically listed as a children’s or family yoga class. There is no maximum age to practice. You're never too old for yoga!
